In the day, Divine Eve’s musical influences included Celtic Frost, Hellhammer, Sodom, Venom, Bathory, Entombed, as well as Cathedral’s “Forest of Equilibrium” album. Lyrically, the band drew inspiration from pure visions of ancient, Pagan history, novel heretical ideologies and dismal shrouded dreams.

This release features the history of Divine Eve’s recorded efforts, which includes the out of print “As the Angels Weep” EP (Nuclear Blast), the unreleased “Essence of Dawn” EP and a cover of “Visions of Mortality” from Dwell Records’ Celtic Frost tribute CD “In Memory of Celtic Frost.”
